Pukkelpop 2009. Let’s take off with Simian Mobile Disco. With a new album ‘Temporary Pleasure’ and some arty farty videos SMB made a promise not to be the one album wonder. These guys have tons of knowledge, know what they are doing, and have the approriate geek factor. But live, SMD is a trip, a hard trip, and it’s not just a story built from one hit single to the other. And that’s a relief. Good vibes all over the place. Simian is more than just the vs. Justice in We Are Your Friends.
